Secession/Nullification is back!

I thought South Carolina was the leader when it came to stuff like this. This is nothing new. In addition to the articles of secession proclaimed by the Confederate States of America, Virginia and Kentucky passed resolutions early on in this country's history when the Federal government tried to abuse its power in contravention to the Constitution. After the Southern War for Independence, Lincoln made crushed the seceding states and used the puppet governments installed in them to push through the 14 Amendment which spelled the death for state's rights by Federal courts now being able to impose their rule on the states. It is refreshing to see that state's are waking up to the abuse of power by the Federal government. Hopefully more states will wake up before it is too late.
