Liberals show their cowardice again

So the savior, Obama, is now President and the democrats have large majorities in both houses of congress. So why then are they so concerned about conservative input and votes for their so called "stimulus package." The reason: BLAME. When this plan doesn't work and inflation spirals out of control in a year or two, the economy gets worse, and employment shoots higher, they don't want all this on their shoulders. Obama was all about some bipartisanship before taking oath and now he is threatening a culture war if people keep dissenting against his policies. How DECISIVE Mr. President!! Obama should be welcoming these ideas in the spirit of bipartisanship. Of course did anyone really expect this, other than his crowds of mindless, ignorant Obama idol worshipers. I laugh every time some Obama supporter says how great things are going to be, until you ask them how long they have lived in a shit hole. They usually think for a minute and realize that they have been promised a better life for years from liberals and yet they are in the same position. Perhaps, maybe they will realize that the only person who can get you ahead in this world is yourself.

Of course the petty feuding between the two parties is nothing but a mere distraction from what is really ailing the economy: the Federal Reserve System and our corrupt political system. Politics today is about money, pure and simple. You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours. It was like this in the "old days" as well, but that was also before the central government started meddling in the affairs of the states and people's lives. The politicians are so disconnected from their constituents and are beholden to none but the corporate lobbyists and the almighty (no so almighty any more) dollar. If politicians really cared about the auto industry, they would raise tariffs on import autos. They would end the so called "free trade" agreements. They would put this country's interests before the interests of "free trade" and the rest of the world. This keeps production at home and bring back our industrial base. Pat Buchanan said it best, in describing the United States as nothing more than becoming a colony for the rest of the world.

This administration's "stimulus" plan will not work, just as FDR's "New Deal" (Scam) did not work in restoring the economy. What it will succeed in doing is cementing hundreds of thousands of more people into government dependency in an effort to keep liberals in power.
